We warrant the machine for 12 monthes, under normal operation, after the date of on board. If any problem happen, we will feedback to you within 24hours after receive your complaint. In the warranty period, we will provide free spare part if machine problem belong to us. You should pay for the express cost. After the warranty period, you need to buy the spare part. And we can send technician to install, commissioning and maintain the machine as per your request. You should pay the VISA, ticket, accommodation fee as well as USD100 per day.
